ICAO 2011-2012 Technical Instructions Addendum 5

ICAO have issued a 5th Addendum to the ICAO Technical Instructions which contains modifications to the State and Operator variations.

The modifications apply to the 2011-2012 Edition of the TI and are effective immediately.
